About the WoW Allied Races Unlock
Allied Races are the secondary playable races introduced from Battle for Azeroth onwards, gated behind expansion-specific recruitment chains rather than open from character creation by default. Each unlock combines a reputation requirement (Exalted with the relevant faction in most cases), a story-quest sequence, and a final recruitment scenario that activates the race on the account. The work is one-time per race per account but cannot be skipped through standard character services.
The cost in real time is high. Vulpera and Mag'har Orcs require Battle for Azeroth war campaign progress. Zandalari and Kul Tirans need 8.1.5 story completion plus reputation. Mechagnomes ride on the Mechagon Rustbolt Resistance grind, while Dark Iron Dwarves chain off the original BfA Alliance war campaign. Earthen unlocks through the main TWW Khaz Algar campaign; Haranir is a Midnight-side unlock with its own Khaz Algar follow-up. A solo player working through one race outside their leveling path typically loses 6–10 hours per unlock — and 15+ for Haranir or a full faction pack — to content that exists purely as a gate.
When you order the Allied Races unlock on BuyTheWin, our team works the prerequisite chain in the most time-efficient order. Reputation grinds are stacked with related world quests, story sequences are run on the optimal class for solo speed, and the final recruitment scenario is closed in one continuous session. The race is account-wide from the moment of unlock — every character creation slot on the account inherits the option permanently.
Why Heritage Armor Costs More Than the Race Unlock
The Heritage Armor transmog set is technically a separate reward from the race unlock itself. Unlocking the race gives access to character creation; the Heritage Armor only registers in the transmog collection after the new race character is leveled from 10 to max without any race or class change. That second leveling pass is what makes Heritage Armor expensive on top of the base unlock — it is functionally a fresh leveling run on top of the prerequisite chain. Bundling the unlock with the leveling pass on a new race in one order pulls a stacked discount, which is the standard recommendation when Heritage Armor is the actual goal rather than just race access.
FAQ
Is this achievement account-wide or character-bound?
Most chain-tied achievements are account-wide once earned. Feats of Strength persist on your record across all characters. Single-character title requirements are noted in the offer scope.
How long does the boost typically take?
Completion time depends on the achievement's gating — single sessions for one-off feats, multi-week scope for cumulative tracking achievements. Manager confirms timeline at checkout.
Are there prerequisites I need to complete first?
Some achievements require a starting condition (campaign chapter, faction unlock, character level). Manager checks your account before booking and notes any missing prereqs upfront.
