About the Stratholme Boost
Stratholme is the level 58-60 dungeon in Eastern Plaguelands and the second-half pair to Scholomance for endgame leveling content. The instance has two distinct entrances and two distinct sides — the Main Gate leads into Stratholme Live (Scarlet Crusade theme), and the Service Entrance leads into Stratholme Undead (Scourge theme with Baron Rivendare).
The Undead side's 45-minute timed run is one of the most-farmed activities in Classic Era. Triggered by rescuing Crusader Bridenbrad early in the run, the timer requires the team to reach and kill Baron Rivendare within 45 minutes for a bonus chest reward and an increased chance at Rivendare's Deathcharger — the rare epic skeletal horse mount that drops at a low rate from the Baron.
The Live side hosts the Paladin Charger questline final encounter (against Balnazzar in the disguise of Saidan Dathrohan) and drops gear used in several class quests.
