Is T15 stronger than T14?

T15 has higher base ilvl than T14 across all slots. The 4-piece T15 bonus is also generally stronger for most specs. Progression rosters transition fully from T14 to T15 once Throne of Thunder opens.

Can I get T15 via LFR?

LFR Throne of Thunder drops a lower-ilvl version of T15 tokens. The boost defaults to Normal/Heroic for the higher-tier ilvl — confirm difficulty at intake.
