August Stone Shards Farm Overview
August Stone Shards are the special currency added to Mists of Pandaria Classic Phase One that gates access to 502 ilvl epic PvE gear. With Raid Finder pulled from the phase, the vendor stocked behind these shards is the practical route to a raid-tier kit on a character that has not yet stepped into Mogu'shan Vaults. Shards drop from MoP Celestial Dungeons Gear runs — the new dungeon mode tuned for endgame ilvl loot — and every clear feeds into your shard pool plus the Valor Points cap on the side.
The farm is straightforward in shape: queue, clear, repeat, redeem. The trick is volume. To kit out a level 90 character in a near-full 502 ilvl set, you are looking at a lot of repeated dungeon clears spread across resets, on top of the daily quest grind around the same content. That is the part our boosters take off the table. Pick the shard count you need (enough for one piece, a chest plus a weapon, a complete eight-slot raid look, whatever the target is), and we book the dungeon hours until the count lands.
What the Shards Unlock at the Vendor
The 502 ilvl shop opened by August Stone Shards covers the same Tier 14 raid-equivalent gear that Raid Finder used to hand out in classic Mists of Pandaria. Plate, mail, leather, and cloth slots are all stocked; weapons and trinkets sit in the pool too. Item levels match the Raid Finder floor, which lets a fresh 90 skip the awkward dungeon-blue stage and roll straight into a coordinated 25-player Normal pull without an ilvl block at the door.
A second reward layer sits next to the shards. Each Celestial Dungeon clear pays Valor Points into the weekly cap, and Valor itself buys upgrade chips for gear already in your bags. Pairing a shard farm with a MoP Valor Points Farm push compounds the gear gain: shards open the piece, Valor upgrades it, and the character lands two or three ilvl bumps deeper than a pure shard run alone. Extra loot from the dungeons themselves — gold, mats, the odd quest reward — is yours too. Nothing the booster pulls during the runs stays on the account; everything lands in your bags by the time the order closes.
Pacing, Method, and Delivery Notes
This order is Piloted only. The booster signs in with Premium VPN on the credentials you share with the manager, plays Celestial Dungeon clears in continuous blocks during the agreed time window, and logs out when the shard target is hit. No Self-Play seat on this one, and no Discord coordination needed: the run loop is the booster going through the same dungeon group rotation that any farming pug would, except faster and across more clears per evening than most players sustain.
Achievement progress is the quiet bonus. Celestial Dungeon achievement chains in Mists of Pandaria Classic Phase One tick forward with each clear, so if the achievement page on your character is empty for this content, the shard order doubles as a long achievement run without an extra booking. The same goes for incidental rep gains and any quest objectives that overlap with the dungeon pool. Truth is, the shard count is the headline metric we deliver against; the rest is what fills the bags around it.
A note on lockouts. Celestial Dungeons do not behave the way Mogu'shan Vaults does for resets, so the farm can stretch across the week rather than being capped at a single weekly window. That is the main reason a powerful 502 ilvl kit is actually reachable on a 90 inside Phase One — the content scales with farm hours, not with reset gates. Book the shard count you want, leave the boosters to grind the hours, and the vendor list is yours to spend through.
